At Ohouse, we are continuously nurturing a culture that empowers our team to not only love what they do, but to discover a deeper sense of purpose in their work.

Developing the right organizational culture for Ohouse is no easy task. At times, it feels like we’re navigating in uncertainty, encountering detours and conflicts along the way. However, our members are always striving to create the best possible team, one that consistently challenges and innovates in pursuit of our mission: "Empowering people to live the life they love." Together, we’ve been building our unique team culture, growing alongside it every step of the way. In the slides below, we introduce you to the team culture and collaborative Ways of Working that our members have developed together.

🚀 Core Values : Who We Are and How We Work

💡 What We Need to Create to Achieve Our Mission

01. Customer’s O! Moment

At Ohouse, we do not settle with decent outcomes, but strive for extraordinary. The [Oh! Moment] refers to the moment when customers “notice a positive and meaningful change in their lives”. These moments arise only when we solve users' problems and create real change.

🔎 Who We Are : Our Members

Ohouse has achieved significant milestones so far, and we will continue to move forward without setting limits, always aiming to add even greater value to the world. Our journey thrives thanks to our team members who share our vision and are dedicated to making a positive, meaningful impact—our “O! Moment”—on our customers’ lives. "Who We Are" highlights the key qualities that define our current team, and we’re excited to welcome future colleagues who share these values.

02. Growth Mindset

We believe that no matter the circumstances, we can grow and improve through learning. Obstacles and failures are opportunities to create better outcomes. Driven by determination and confidence in our success, we face challenges head-on and find the answers.

03. Striving for Excellence

We don’t settle for “good enough.” We always strive to do more and do it better. Our aim isn’t just to finish tasks but to achieve the highest standards, consistently seeking ways to improve. Our persistence comes from a shared commitment to delivering better outcomes, not from stubbornness. This commitment is what makes a difference in our customers’ lives.

04. Ohouship

When facing tough decisions, we always consider what’s best for Ohouse in the long run. We work as one team, stepping up to support each other and taking initiative when needed. We focus on what benefits our colleagues, partners, customers—and ultimately, the world. By making thoughtful decisions, we create meaningful change and take pride in contributing to a better future.

✔️ Ways of Working : How we work

The five Ways of Working below are integral to our outcomes and influence every moment of our work. They embody our shared commitment and guiding principles, from the moment a member applies for a position to every challenging moment we face on the job. These approaches play a crucial role in our hiring process, guiding the selection of future colleagues and leadership roles, and helping us shape and strengthen our unique 'Ohouseness' every day.

We eagerly await new colleagues who resonate with our team culture and embrace our Ways of Working, ready to join us in building a fantastic organization together.

05. Focus on Impact

To maximize the impact we create, we start with the most important tasks. In the midst of diverse responsibilities, we constantly prioritize based on potential impact. Real impact begins by focusing on what matters most.

06. Aim Higher and Find a Way

We set bold, ambitious goals and persevere until we find the way to achieve them. Rather than aiming for what feels achievable, we challenge ourselves with goals that seem almost out of reach. To accomplish such high-reaching goals, we dig deep to uncover the root of the problem and embrace new, unconventional approaches.

07. Velocity (= Speed x Direction)

We move as fast as possible in the right direction. Guided by rational assumptions, we identify the most efficient path and eliminate unnecessary steps to maintain momentum. We continually assess our progress and adjust our course immediately if we’re heading off track.

08. Disagree and Commit

We encourage healthy debate. While disagreement may feel uncomfortable, vigorous discussions lead to better decisions. However, remember two key principles during discussions.

  1. Clearly identify the decision-maker.
  2. Set a deadline for making the decision.

The most important moment comes after the decision is made. Respect the decision, and move forward together with full commitment to achieve the best results.

09. Be Open, Align Actively

At Ohouse, we embrace the principle of "Be Open" to create a greater impact. By sharing information transparently, we empower our teams to make informed decisions and achieve stronger results. Take the lead in finding the information you need, but if it’s lacking or unclear, make sure to verify it and align with the team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
